She has a diverse background in real estate transactions, loan processing, mortgage broker/banking, and escrow services. Jessica has a strong passion for helping others. She completed the Challenge Walk MS, a 50-mile walk, to raise funds for MS research five years in a row and got to share her last walk with her older daughter. Jessica lives in Laguna Hills with her husband, Kyle, and two daughters, Skylar and Sydni.
Laura Noriega joins AdvantageFirst Lending as the Executive Processor with 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. During that time, she has worked in both retail and wholesale divisions and brings with her extensive knowledge in FHA, VA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac loans.
Laura understands that while a home purchase or refinance may only be done a few times in one’s life, they are two of the most important transactions. She is here to help every step of the way. Laura strives to continuously have a positive outlook both in her professional and home life.
As a So Cal native, Laura enjoys attending concerts, sporting events and spending time with her 7-year-old son.

Max joins AdvantageFirst Lending with a passion to provide top-tier service and a drive to help in any facet of the business. After 5 years working in retail banking, Max transitioned into the mortgage industry and has held four different positions as he has grown in his brief, but successful, mortgage career. An extensive background in customer service and operations has led him to AFL.
Max was born and raised near New York City and moved to the west coast as a teenager. After attending high school in Orange County, he was accepted to the University of Arizona where he majored in journalism and minored in English. He graduated in 2009 and moved back to Orange County to pursue a career in finance.
Out of the office, Max remains active to stay sharp. He stays fit at the gym multiple days a week, cycles, and plays on recreational teams for softball and flag football. He is an avid follower of his alma mater’s sports teams as well as his New York-based professional teams. In his spare time, he has an affinity for a spectrum of music, movies, and food.
Shannon Quackenbush joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family as a Production Assistant, offering processing assistance prior to approval as well as post-closing. She also acts as a point of contact for the borrower to maintain clear communication with all parties involved during the loan process. After transitioning out of hospitality and into the mortgage industry almost 2 years ago, customer satisfaction will always remain her top priority.
Shannon was born and raised in Southern California, surrounded by her large family and three dogs. Outside of the office, you can expect to find her spending her free time in the kitchen whipping up some goodies or seated at the piano cranking up some tunes. She also loves exploring outside, snowboarding, and attending various music festivals across the nation.
SENIOR LOAN PROCESSOR
Ashley Nikzad brings 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry to AdvantageFirst Lending. Ashley started in the business as an Account Manager for a Wholesale Lender and was then recruited by a local Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage where she served as the Operations and Processing Manager for eight years. She then decided it was time to return to the Wholesale Lending side of the business as a Client Relationship Specialist for a National Wholesale Lender and quickly earned her role as CRS Manager and Closing Manager for the Wholesale and Correspondent Channels. Ashley has also gained a wealth of knowledge in her most recent role as the Loan Setup and Disclosure Team Manager before finding her new home with AFL. She prides herself in her excellent customer service and communication skills to guide her clients through the mortgage process and ensure the client experience is the best that it can be.
Ashley graduated from the University of Southern California on a full ride scholarship for Women’s Soccer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her new passion was found in the world of Triathlon and as a six-time Ironman. You can find Ashley swimming, biking and running throughout Orange County.

Jennifer Quackenbush joins AdvantageFirst Lending as a Senior Production Specialist, assisting with nearly every step of the loan process. From the initial application and qualification through post-closing, she is both Sales’ and Processing’s go-to gal.
First entering the mortgage industry three years ago, she began as a loan officer. Soon after, she learned that processing would be her forte and found her absolute passion. Nothing makes her happier than seeing families flourish from either a refinance or a new home purchase.
Outside of work, Jenn is a total gym rat and loves being outdoors. Born and raised in sunny Southern California, she grew up taking trips to the beach in the summer and to the mountains in the winter. She spends her free time hiking, snowboarding, cooking and a healthy dose of Netflix binge-watching in between.

Shannon Winsor has 16 years of real estate experience and a background of many facets of the mortgage business including origination, loan processing, loan servicing, asset management, loan closing, and pre-underwriting. She brings a skill set that provides for a complete understanding of the mortgage industry.
Shannon always liked the idea of helping borrowers and families get into a home and thus worked on obtaining knowledge of the residential industry by acquiring her CA Real Estate License, NMLS Certification and went to school on her own account to obtain a certification as a Certified Master Loan Processor through Mortgage University. She quickly advanced to the role as the Processing Manager at her previous employer where she worked for the mortgage lender of a reputable new home builder.
Shannon’s thoroughness, attention to detail and superior customer service serve as the foundation for her success as a Loan Processor. She has a sincere desire to help and make the loan process as effortless as possible by guiding clients through the mortgage process every step of the way.
Shannon was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Orange County at the age of six. She has called South Orange County her home ever since. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, baking sweet treats and enjoys listening and attending live music events.

Amelie Moss has over 15 years of experience in the Insurance, Residential Mortgage and Personal Finance industries. Her areas of expertise are in the fields of loan processing, customer service, and sales with a focus on developing strong relationships. It’s the foundation of everything she does professionally and personally. Additionally, Amelie is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and is committed to customer service excellence.
When she is not working, she is spending time with her wonderful husband of five years, and children ages 20, 19 and four. Amelie also enjoys spending time with family, attending church, exercising, and listening to music.
Jennifer Browning joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family as a Disclosure Specialist. Family has always been a major part of her life and was one of the main reasons she was interested in joining the mortgage business 15 years ago. Being a part of helping a family find their home is still one of the most rewarding parts of this industry.
Jennifer was born and raised in Southern California and has continued to nurture her love of family through supporting and mentoring her daughter, Madison. Having a passion for giving her daughter the best life possible, has always been a constant source to keep going, work hard, and keep her nose to the grind, both in business and spirit. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys Hot Yoga, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and loves a good country music concert.
Crystal Requejo joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family as a Production Assistant. She is fired up and eager to learn all that she can about the loan process. Customer Service is a huge part of her background, as she transitioned out of the Hotel Industry three years ago to start her journey into the Mortgage world.
Crystal was born and raised in the city of Orange. Herself and two daughters, Lilianna & Evienne, relocated to Mission Viejo area 10 years ago. Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her girls, including trips to the beach, shopping, movies and dining out. You can always count on Crystal to lend a helping hand or offer support to the people around her whenever it’s needed.
Valerie Casias joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family as processing and post-closing assistant and has been in the mortgage industry since 2012. She brings great knowledge, communication, and the persistence to provide great quality and assurance to borrowers and investors. She continually strives for nothing but the best and “smooth sailing.”
Valerie has lived in Orange County her entire life. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and loves the beach. She loves relaxing with essential oils and candles. She also enjoys spending time at Marshalls or Ulta in the skincare section. She especially loves spending time with her family, nieces, and nephew.
Cara Bridenbaker is joining the AdvantageFirst Lending family as a Production Assistant. She is excited about returning to the mortgage industry after a hiatus as a stay-at-home Mom to her 5-year-old son. Cara has an administrative and client service background and is excited to become an integral part of the team.
Cara was born and raised in Orange County. She currently resides in Tustin with her son. In her free time, Cara likes to travel, attend local concerts, and spend time with her close friends and family.
