Although Maria is new to the mortgage industry, she is devoted to providing a great customer experience to each of her clients and is eager to continue to expand her knowledge.
Since joining the team, Maria has quickly advanced to the role of Senior Loan Processor, where she meticulously reviews loan applications, verifies documentation, and ensures all requirements are met before submission to underwriting. Her banking background has proven invaluable in understanding financial documentation and regulations.
Maria takes joy in building strong, long-lasting relationships with both her team and clients. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations and be someone they can rely on. She believes that trust and consistent communication is the foundation of a great relationship.
Maria was raised in the Bay Area. She then moved to Central Florida and lived there for a couple of years before moving to Orange County. She has two English Bulldogs named Chunk and Fatso. She enjoys trying new food, going to the beach, and binge-watching shows on Netflix.
