My loan started off shaky.. I wasn’t getting the follow up that I was expecting until a new loan person was assigned after I voiced my displeasure.That person was Ethan Pope. He was fantastic! He was right on top of things and kept me apprised of everything, and offered assistance if I needed any additional help with anything. He was truly the blessing I needed at the time.
