Sema was from start to finish directly involved in the entire process keeping us updated as to the steps and the time line. Towards the end of this year or into next year I'll be purchasing a second home. My first step will be to call Sema.

My loan started off shaky.. I wasn’t getting the follow up that I was expecting until a new loan person was assigned after I voiced my displeasure.That person was Ethan Pope. He was fantastic! He was right on top of things and kept me apprised of everything, and offered assistance if I needed any additional help with anything. He was truly the blessing I needed at the time. It was really a pleasure working with him, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, courteous, informative and prompt. He made my experience a pleasure working with Advantagefirst Lending.

Garbage company that uses scam marketing techniques to target veterans to try and make their junk mail actually look like it is important. Use of fake account numbers, fake escrow amounts, etc. They also pay to have 5 star ratings put on their business profile, the true rating is 1.7 when you remove all the bots. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
