"After moving to the United States from Liverpool, England, Thomas entered the mortgage industry in 2015 and quickly established himself as a leader in the consumer direct lending space. His expertise in contact center technologies and strategy has consistently driven results by enhancing processes, customer satisfaction, and loan production. Thomas joins AFL to help innovate, strategically boost conversion, and ultimately generate more funded loans.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for producing music and has many unique hobbies. Being born and raised in Liverpool, Thomas is an avid Premier League fan and supports Everton FC."
